Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your event to collect a full refund. We do not offer refunds or price deductions on account of bad weather once the unit has been set up. 

You will receive a full refund if we cancel your reservation before the unit is set up due to bad weather conditions/forecast. 

 There will be no refunds or price deductions on cancelled reservations once our unit has been delivered to your venue. 

All prices reflected include delivery, setup, and tear down.
